3. ภาพหลักฐานการซื้อ ต้องเป็นการปริ้นตั๋วจากตู้ E-Ticket เท่านั้น และ โปรดเก็บหางตั๋วไว้เป็นหลักฐาน
4. ตอบคำถามว่า "ถ้าคุณจะพาครอบครัวบินย้ายถิ่นฐานแบบในเรื่อง ครอบครัวเป็ดผจญภัย คุณจะพาไปที่ไหน? เพราะอะไร?”
5. คัดเลือกผู้โชคดี ที่ทำถูกต้องตามกติกา และตอบคำถามโดนใจทีมงานมากที่สุด
6. การตัดสินของกรรมการถือเป็นที่สุด
เงื่อนไข
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องเก็บบัตรชมภาพยนตร์เรื่อง Migration ครอบครัวเป็ดผจญภัย เพื่อนำมาแสดงเป็นหลักฐานในการรับรางวัล
• การตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นอันสิ้นสุด บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
• บริษัทฯถือว่าผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมทุกท่าน ได้อ่านและเข้าใจในเงื่อนไขก่อนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแล้ว
• ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวยินยอมรับทราบว่า การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม อันได้แก่ ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทรศัพท์ และข้อมูลส่วนตัวที่ปรากฏบนบัตรประชาชน เป็นไปเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบข้อมูลของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม และเพื่อรับของรางวัล ทั้งนี้การเก็บรวบรวม ใช้ และ เปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม จะเป็นไปเท่าที่จำเป็นตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่แจ้งไว้เท่านั้น กรณีผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่ประสงค์ให้บริษัทฯใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม ย่อมส่งผลให้บริษัทฯไม่สามารถดำเนินการใดๆได้ หากท่านไดัรับรางวัลจากกิจกรรมดังกล่าว
Terms & Conditions
For USS tickets:
• บัตร USS ใช้สำหรับ 1 ท่าน/1 ใบ เท่านั้น
• ห้ามนำอาหารและเครื่องดื่มเข้าไปด้านใน
• ไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น
• ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยน ทอน หรือนำไปขายต่อได้
• ไม่สามารถแลกคืน แม้ในกรณีที่สภาพอากาศไม่เอื้ออำนวย
• หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือการแก้ไขใดๆ บนบัตร ให้ถือเป็นโมฆะ
• ไม่สามารถนำไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมการขาย ยกเว้นว่าได้รับอนุญาตอย่างเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจาก Resorts World Sentosa
• การประทับตราและบัตรผ่าน ต้องใช้ภายในวันเดียวกันเท่านั้น
• ไม่สามารถใช้ได้ในช่วงที่กิจกรรมพิเศษ
For Hotel Accommodation/Travel
- แพ็กเกจท่องเที่ยวสำหรับผู้โชคดี รวม 4 คน ได้แก่ ผู้ใหญ่ 2 คนและเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี อีก 2 คน
- ผู้เดินทางอย่างน้อย 1 ท่าน ต้องมีอายุ 21 ปี ขึ้นไป
- ผู้เดินทางที่อายุต่ำกว่า 18 ปี ต้องได้รับการยินยอมและอนุญาตจากทางผู้ปกครองล่วงหน้า
- ที่พักสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ 2 ท่านและเด็ก 2 ท่าน เป็นห้องพักรวม 4 ท่าน ที่ Resorts World Sentosa
- บริษัทฯ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการเลือกประเภทของห้องพัก
- ผู้โชคดีอาจต้องใช้บัตรเครดิต เพื่อเช็คอินที่โรงแรมที่พัก
- แพ็กเกจท่องเที่ยวนี้ ไม่รวมค่าเดินทางภาคพื้นดิน การเดินทางพิเศษนอกเส้นทาง ค่าอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ค่าเช่ารถ ค่าเครื่องเล่นต่างๆ ที่อยู่นอกเหนือจากที่กำหนดไว้ ค่าวีซ่า ค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวและอื่นๆ ที่ไม่ได้ระบุอยู่ในเงื่อนไข
- แพ็กเกจที่พักขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนห้องว่าง
- ผู้โชคดีต้องแจ้งช่วงเวลาที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางเป็นทางเลือกให้กับบริษัทฯ จำนวน 3 ทางเลือก ภายในวันที่ 12 กุมภาพันธ์ 2567 เพื่อทำการจองที่พักและตั๋วเครื่องบิน ตลอดจนยืนยันการเดินทางระหว่างวันที่ 1 มีนาคม – 31 พฤษภาคม 2567
- เมื่อยืนยันการเดินทางแล้ว ไปสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลง แก้ไขใดๆ ได้
- ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือทอนเป็นเงินสด หรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น
- ผู้โชคดีและผู้ร่วมเดินทางต้องมีพาสปอร์ตที่มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่า 6 เดือนจนถึงวันเดินทางกลับ
- ผู้โชคดีและผู้ร่วมเดินทางต้องรับผิดชอบเรื่องของวีซ่าและการประกันการเดินทาง
- การรับรางวัลจะต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของรัฐบาล รวมถึงกฎและข้อบังคับเกี่ยวกับโควิด-19 การจัดการและค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการตรวจโควิด-19 ที่อาจจำเป็น ถือเป็นความรับผิดชอบของผู้โชคดีและผู้ร่วมเดินทาง ทั้งสิ้น
airasia Complimentary Flight Ticket Voucher Terms & Conditions
Introduction:
1. This Superapp Complimentary Voucher (“Voucher”) is owned and distributed by AirAsia Com Travel Sdn Bhd (“AirAsia, us, we”).
2. This provision of this Voucher is governed by the specific terms and conditions set out hereunder (“Terms and Conditions”) and by receiving and utilizing this Voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Terms of Carriage available on airasia.com and shall be deemed to have given your consent for the collection of personal information and the use of such personal information shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the Organiser with no monetary payment.
3. Information on how to utilize this Voucher forms part of these conditions of redemption. Redemption of Voucher is deemed as acceptance of these conditions of redemption. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of redemption.
4. The Voucher can only be redeemed at www.airasia.com. However, you advised to register as an AirAsia member before the redemption.
Validity
1. Subject to the terms and conditions contained herein this voucher is only valid for use on or before the date stated for the redemption of AirAsia seats (“Voucher Validity Period”). The voucher holder ("Holder") does not need to be a passenger on the flight ("Passenger") of any voucher redeemed.
Specific Terms and Conditions
1. Each seat shall be for the sector stated on the Voucher. Any requests to change sector(s) or seat(s) are strictly not allowed and will not be entertained.
2. Both travel and redemption periods must be within the Voucher Validity Period (outgoing and return flights must be completed within this period) the Voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable and non- exchangeable for any other benefits in kind.
3. The Voucher Validity Period cannot be extended. Any Voucher not redeemed within the validity period shall be deemed surrendered and forfeited. There will be no extension given once the Voucher Validity Period has expired.
4. Cancellation, Changes of Schedules: At any time after a booking has been made AirAsia may change the flight schedules and/or cancel, terminate, divert, postpone reschedule or delay any flight due to circumstances beyond its control or for reasons of safety or commercial reasons. In the event of such flight cancellation, AirAsia shall at its discretion carry you at the earliest opportunity on another scheduled service without additional charge.
5. This Voucher is not for sale and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher is INVALID for use if torn, amended, transferred, purchased, sold or prohibited by law. Bookings made under this Voucher are non-refundable, non-transferable and not exchangeable for any other products or services.
6. The Voucher is applicable for the BASE FARE of the flight only. The voucher DOES NOT include all relevant airport taxes and fees, insurance surcharge, service fee, and baggage, travel insurance (MUST be paid before Departure) other costs of personal nature, including but not limited to Seat, Travel Insurance, Passports, Visas and Taxes. Compliance with any relevant health or other government requirements is the responsibility of each Passenger.
7. Passengers are solely responsible for the payment of any relevant airport taxes, insurance, administration fees and other surcharges to be paid to AirAsia for the booking of seats. Payment must be made with the payment options available during voucher redemption at www.airasia.com. (extra money if any paid for the ticket is non-refundable)
8. Each Voucher is redeemable once for 1 (One) Passenger only.
9. All flight bookings made are subject to seat availability. Bookings CANNOT be made on flights during weekends (refers to Friday & Saturday), eve of public holidays, public holidays and other embargo periods including but limited to festival and school holidays. All holidays and embargo periods are based on the respective countries' calendar, which may be updated from time to time.
10. Bookings of flights using the Voucher must be made more than seven (7) days prior to departure.
11. Once a booking is confirmed with this Voucher, the Passenger is strictly not permitted to change flights, flight date or time and passenger name.
