- M Pass applicants can request the cancellation of package by themselves through http://www.majorcineplex.com/mpass/cancel.php only.
- Requests for cancellation of M Pass package must be made 15 days in advance before the next billing cycle for monthly/3 months/annually memberships.
- Package fees for monthly/3 months/annually memberships that have already been paid are non-refundable in all cases if the cardholder does not use their card to watch movies.
- The cancellation of an M Pass will be complete when members receive an automated email confirming the cancellation. This can be verified within 7 days from the date of cancellation through the registered email.
- Once a member has successfully canceled their M Pass, they can still use the card to watch movies in the last month until the package's expiration, up to one day before.
- In cases where the cancellation has been confirmed, but the system still holds membership fees, members can request a fee verification and provide payment evidence to the staff at the M GEN booth in every branch or by calling 02-515-5555. After verification, if the information matches the member's complaint, the company will refund the money to the member within 45 working days.
