- The M Pass card can be used to watch any regular seat for 2D digital movies in Major Cineplex theaters. It allows for one admission per movie (repeated viewings of the same movie are not permitted), and it cannot be used for Indian films or special films, such as documentaries or concerts.
- The M Pass card can be upgraded by paying the price difference to access special seating or to watch movies in 3D, IMAX, Screen X, or 4Dx formats (the upgrade costs may vary for different seating or special viewing systems at each branch; you can inquire about them at ticketing points).
- In some movies, the company reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the use of movie privileges.
Cardholders will be informed in advance at ticket sales points if an extra fee will be required to watch certain
movies scheduled for the year 2567 (B.E.). The additional fee is 20 Baht per seat and applies to movies such
as Dune: Part Two ,Kung Fu Panda 4 ,Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire ,Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes ,Despicable Me 4 ,Deadpool 3 ,
Kraven the Hunter ,Transformers One ,Joker: Folie à Deux ,
Untitled Venom: Let There Be Carnage sequel ,Wicked Part 1 ,Gladiator 2 ,The Chinese Family, and other possible additional movies or changes.
- the M Pass card cannot be used to watch the same movie more than once. This applies to situations where members might get a new card due to loss or when they open a new card due to signing up for a new service.
- When using the M Pass to watch a movie, it's important for the cardholder's name to match the one provided during the registration process.
- You can only use the M Pass card at E-ticket kiosks only and cannot buy at the ticker sale counter. The ability to use the card for movie-watching privileges depends on the subscription package you have applied for.
- To use the M Pass card for each movie screening, there must be a minimum 2-hour gap between screenings, and you cannot purchase tickets for the next day's showings in advance.
- In case the applicant requests to cancel the card or does not make monthly, quarterly, or annual payments according to the designated dates in the system, the M Pass card can still be used until the day before the payment due date, as per the system's specified grace period of 1 day.
- The M Pass card cannot be transferred or assigned to another person.
- Before watching a movie every time, M Pass cardholders must present their ID card to the staff. In the event that it is discovered that the card is being used in violation of the terms and conditions, the company reserves the right to deny access to that particular movie, and the cardholder will not be able to use their M Pass for that movie again.
- Movie tickets purchased using M Pass privileges cannot be resold. In the event of a violation, the cardholder consents to the company, and the company may cancel their M Pass without prior notice, and there will be no refund of service fees paid under any circumstances.
- In case the M Pass card is lost, the cardholder can request a replacement card at a fee of 50 Baht at the Counter for Applications for each package.
