Payment Terms and Conditions
- The applicant agrees and accepts that the monthly/3 months/annually package fees and fees paid to the company, by the service rates, as agreed upon by the applicant, are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
- Once the applicant has successfully paid the package fee, they can only cancel the service based on the conditions specified by the company in the "Cancellation" section.
- Upon successful application and payment of the package fee, the system will commence the usage period of the M Pass card immediately.
- If the system is unable to collect the package fee within the specified time frame, the M Pass card will be automatically deactivated.
- If the M Pass card is deactivated in any case, the applicant must reapply for a new card, considering it as starting a new package. The applicant will be required to pay a new fee (service fee cannot be continued from a deactivated M Pass card).
- The company reserves the right to change the service rates for monthly/3 months/annual payment packages and will announce this change to new [ applicants at least 7 days in advance (for members who are using the service before the announcement, the existing package rates will still apply).
- The company has the right to modify various conditions of using the M Pass card, such as the number of movies that can be accessed or the branches where the service is available. The company will inform new service applicants about these changes at least 7 days in advance. Existing members will still be subject to the existing conditions.
- The company reserves the right to charge an additional fee for certain movies and will inform applicants at the point of sale.
- The applicant agrees and acknowledges that for M Pass card subscriptions with monthly/3 months/ annual package fees, the applicant must continue to pay the package fee until the specified usage period ends. If the applicant does not make the payment (without requesting cancellation of the packages beforehand), the company may retroactively charge the unpaid monthly package fees or charge a fee for managing member data retroactively during the period when the member did not pay the package fee.
Changes to payment
- M Pass applicants can request a change to their debit/credit card number for payment by themselves through http://www.majorcineplex.com/mpass/cancel.php. This change must be requested with 15 days' advance notice before the next billing cycle.
- Applicants will receive an SMS reminder on the due date for package payment. The applicants will be required to enter their debit/credit card information (new card) to confirm the payment information change. Once the payment has been successfully made during the next billing cycle, the system will automatically charge the new card.
- If an applicant changes their payment method from other methods like True Wallet or QR payment to a debit/credit card, for the next billing cycle, the system will automatically charge the debit/credit card used for the latest payment.
